Taking place every June is The Celtic Manor’s popular Polo at the Manor. The star-studded event welcomes hundreds of guests onto the resorts famous greens for a glamorous and exciting afternoon of sport. Below I’ve shared some pictures and information from the 2015 Polo to give you an idea of what you can expect.
Ladies in their hats and heels, and gents suited and booted, style is a big element to the Polo and Lydia Bright (The Only Way is Essex) was an attendee who hosted her own fashion show and picked this years best dressed male and female.

From hen parties to birthdays, the Polo is a fun way to celebrate with friends and family. Throughout the day guests had access to a village-like area of marquees with pop-up food stalls including the highly rated Got Beef Co and tempting Science Cream.
Science Cream make delicious and unique ice cream using liquid nitrogen.
Many families relaxed in a designated picnic spot with a bouncy castle, while others sipped cocktails and enjoyed live music.

At the event were other TV, radio and sports personalities including Lydia’s partner James Argent, Denise Van Outen, Capital FM’s Matt, Poly and Geraint and Rugby star Sir Gareth Edwards.
During half time many people headed on to the fields for some divot stomping, a fun tradition any novice like me would be familiar with. Others used this time to take photos with the ponies and teammates.

Following an awesome afternoon at the Polo, guests can continue the fun by attending the after party at the Resort’s hotel.
